Captain Hendrix reminds us to look forward to the coming season, and read a letter written by the original Captain of Company K, Robert Smith, in 1863, describing a small skirmish the 7th Florida participated in outside of Knoxville, TN.

This month we review Resaca and the Captain has a message for us as we head into the summer break. Sgt. Ellis presents training materials on Carry Arms, and we have our first book recommendation (great idea, Darryl).

This month we review Fort Clinch Secession Garrison and look forward to 161st Battle of Resaca. Sgt. Ellis presents training materials on Secure Arms and Trail Arms, while Captain Hendrix reports on the recent Florida Battalion Meeting.
